The Associate/Senior/Managing Associate role focuses on identifying and developing candidates for executive search, supporting market intelligence and business development materials.

The role progresses through three levels, with increasing responsibility in research, candidate outreach, and client interaction, and a path toward Principal/Partner based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening).
• Ability to make presentations at executive levels of client companies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident and self-motivated with strong ownership and urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and evaluative skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
• Manage stages of the search process to ensure high quality execution.
• Lead identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
• Capture and maintain market, client, and candidate information in systems.
• Inform engagement team of potential business development opportunities.
