Senior Associates operate at the center of the search process—owning workstreams, shaping strategy, and driving execution in fast-cycle, high-performance environments. The role offers bias to action, strong judgment, and direct exposure to senior executives

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting roles.
• Undergraduate BA/BS required, science/healthcare background preferred.
• Early career success in high-performance environments with structured training.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute differentiated search strategies with Consultants.
• Identify non-obvious talent pools and market map solutions.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines with speed and insight.
• Conduct rigorous interviews and synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop deep market intelligence in life sciences and healthcare.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and candidates.
• Support client relationship management alongside Consultants.
• Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Uphold professional ethics and confidentiality.
