JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Associate Business Manager for Global Investment Sales and Trading. You will support the Global Head by shaping priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

The role involves managing cross‑functional work streams with Product, Finance, Legal, Risk and HR; preparing executive materials; and driving regulatory and risk‑control deliverables within the RCSA framework.

Formación

• Relevant working experience in finance, consulting, and/or project management or business management capacity.
• Strategic thinker able to translate complexity into clear deliverables.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to draft concise, professional documents.

• Respond quickly to day-to-day ad-hoc business needs and support regulatory deliverables within the RCSA framework.
