Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business management, chief of staff, or COO-type roles.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insight and recommendations on priorities.
• Drive execution of strategic priorities aligned to long-term strategy and financial objectives.
• Lead executive reporting, performance measurement, and KPI/OKR management.
• Develop executive communications and management reporting translating complex data into clear insights.
• Coordinate agendas and follow-ups for leadership meetings and client engagements.
• Prepare senior management for internal/external engagements with data and talking points.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and headcount reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
