JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Management Associate to support the US Private Bank Client Service organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive strategy and growth, and optimize performance by delivering executive reporting and analytics.

You will manage risks, ensure execution of strategic initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to advance priorities across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, asset management, or advisory capacity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior-level audiences.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking with data-driven insights.
• Comfort analyzing large data sets and presenting findings to leadership.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Superior judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Advise the US Client Service Head and leadership on strategy, controls, people, and performance.
• Lead development, implementation, and tracking of strategic objectives and OKRs across the region.
• Promote optimization of operating models with cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee change management, process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate business risks with robust governance and resiliency.
• Present data and narratives to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Deliver executive management reporting and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups.
• Maintain business hygiene through compliance, training, and access management.
• Support control initiatives with relevant teams (Controls, Compliance, Legal).
• Collaborate on global initiatives and best practices across regions.
