Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and working with senior stakeholders; able to operate with appropriate guidance.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
• Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).
• Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into draft sequenced plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track milestones.
• Coordinate client agenda; compile inputs, relationship status, revenue notes, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Produce recurring reporting and summaries for senior leadership; ensure data quality and insights.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and governance with accurate, clear content.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends; surface observations and initial takeaways for discussion.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance; track deliverables and follow-ups.
• Capture requirements for technology initiatives; manage backlogs and communicate updates.
• Support reporting modernization and automation by mapping current-state processes and defining metrics.
• Triage executive requests, draft responses, and manage follow-through; flag risks early.
• Build meeting agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and trackers to promote transparency.
