Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Real Estate Investment Banking Business Management is seeking an Associate Business Manager to partner with senior leaders across Global Banking and Finance & Business Management, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined execution.

You will support cross-functional initiatives, develop insights from data, and prepare executive-ready materials while managing cadences and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business management/COO, investment banking, or consulting.
• Structure ambiguous problems and synthesize qualitative/quantitative inputs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for polished analyses.
• Interest in building investment banking knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into draft plans, timelines, and budget inputs.
• Coordinate client agenda and reviews; compile inputs, relationship status, and metrics.
• Produce recurring KPI reports and executive-ready insights.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and governance with accuracy.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and surface takeaways for discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, and finance.
• Capture requirements for technology initiatives and manage backlogs.
• Support reporting modernization and dashboard standardization.
• Manage day-to-day execution for executive requests and follow-ups.
• Support operating cadences and stakeholder trackers for transparency.
