Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in project or process management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on talent data for HR Business Partners and their client groups to advance talent strategies.
• Manage process communications and create templates for local core HR process communications.
• Support client-facing HR Business Partners with inquiries and requests (e.g., remote work, compensation, promotions, large-scale org changes in Workday).
• Lead meetings such as weekly Horizontal Delivery meetings and monthly partner meetings.
• Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar.
• Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials for managers and associates.
