Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate HRBP for Premium Products/Shopping to partner with PPX/Shopping HR and Horizontal HR teams, driving best-in-class HR experiences for associates. You will leverage Workday and other systems to support HR BPs, deliver data-rich reporting, and manage talent and performance cycles.

You will also prepare survey materials, coordinate policy updates, and maintain localized HR playbooks, ensuring ongoing process improvement and accurate, timely HR operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience (per Basic Qualifications)
• 2+ years in a project/process role or military experience
• 2+ years in a Human Resources role
• 1+ year in reporting/data management
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets

Responsibilities

• Partner with PPX/Shopping HR and Horizontal HR teams to drive HR experiences for associates
• Leverage HR data systems to support HR Business Partners
• Provide data and reporting on headcount, attrition, spot bonuses, spans and layers
• Lead reporting and project management for talent and performance management cycles
• Prepare Associate Survey materials and recommend actions for leaders
• Coordinate with Enterprise HR on policy updates across PPX/Shopping HR
• Document and manage HR program playbooks and calendars
• Understand processes, roles, responsibilities and deadlines for ongoing HR processes
