ORIX Corporation USA is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development & Corporate Strategy to support growth and strategic initiatives for Boston Financial. You will analyze markets, opportunities, and partnerships, and prepare decision-ready materials for senior leadership.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, modeling, and cross-functional execution within a hybrid, MA-based environment, collaborating with the Managing Director and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, financial analysis, investment analysis, accounting, real estate finance, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial statements, corporate metrics, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, affordable housing finance, tax credit syndication, real estate investment, or impact investing preferred.
