Boston Financial seeks a Senior Associate, Business Development & Corporate Strategy to support growth initiatives across affordable housing capital platforms. You will analyze opportunities, prepare decision-ready materials, and drive cross-functional projects with senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modeling, market insights, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for executives. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, affordable housing finance, tax credit syndication or real estate investing preferred.

• Evaluate developer relationships, community initiatives, and market opportunities to support growth.
• Analyze partnerships and strategic initiatives to drive platform scale.
• Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand client base and revenue.
• Assist with diligence, financial analysis, and business-case development for M&A.
• Develop executive-facing presentations and board-ready materials.
• Collaborate to establish execution frameworks, milestones, and reporting.
