Job summary

Boston Financial, a leading LIHTC syndicator, seeks a Senior Associate to support business development and corporate strategy. You'll partner with the Managing Director to analyze markets, develop cases, and prepare executive material for senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modeling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, with a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, financial analysis, investment analysis, accounting, real estate finance, or a related field.
• Solid financial acumen and a deep working knowledge of financial statements, corporate metrics, and KPIs.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, affordable housing finance, tax credit syndication, real estate investment, or impact investing preferred

Responsibilities

• External Business Development / Corporate Strategy: Evaluate developer relationships and new market opportunities.
• Affordable Housing Platform Scale: Evaluate partnerships and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand client base and sources of revenue.
• M&A: Assist with diligence, financial analysis, business-case development, and integration planning for target investments.
• Strategic Planning, Performance & Executive Reporting: Develop performance metrics and accountability frameworks.
