ORIX USA is seeking an Equity Underwriting Analyst to support originators and equity underwriters in affordable housing LIHTC investments in Boston, MA. You will assist in model development, due diligence, and closing activities, learning the underwriting lifecycle and contributing to high-quality deal work.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, market review, and coordination with developers, investors and advisors, with a hybrid in-office schedule and benefits aligned to ORIX's rewards

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; 0–2 years in LIHTC, real estate, underwriting or finance.
• Familiarity with affordable housing and LIHTC is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial review of materials for deal opportunities.
• Prepare initial investment model and summarize key deal features.
• Assist in screening and investment committee packages.
• Support due diligence with financial and market analysis.
• Coordinate with third parties and manage timely issue resolution.
• Travel up to 10% for project and site work.
