Boston Financial seeks a Senior Associate to support business development and corporate strategy, collaborating with the Managing Director to drive growth across the LIHTC platform and execute strategic initiatives.

The role includes evaluating market opportunities, assisting with diligence and integration for target investments, and preparing investment memos and board decks for senior leadership review.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, financial analysis, investment analysis, accounting, real estate finance, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of financial statements, KPIs.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, affordable housing finance, tax credit syndication preferred.
