• 7+ years in IT technology and commercial transactions.
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, cloud computing, platform technologies, AI, cybersecurity, and data-driven business models.
• Experience advising on IP as it relates to diligence, M&A and financings.
• Familiarity with IP law, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights - strongly preferred.
