Qualifications

• J.D. required with active state bar admission.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technology-focused legal work.
• Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on software, cloud, SaaS, and related technology agreements.
• Support domestic and international software and technology transactions.
• Develop contracts templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
• Provide practical risk assessments balancing business and legal interests.
• Advise on AI governance, data usage, IP considerations, and regulatory developments.
