The attorney will lead complex technology and AI-related transactions, negotiate GenAI/Agentic AI agreements, and advise senior executives on governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and third-party risk in
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading sophisticated technology and commercial transactions, including AI, digital transformation and partnerships.
- Experience negotiating GenAI and Agentic AI agreements is required.
- J.D. and New York Bar admission are required; law license in good standing.
- Experience in regulated financial services or insurance is preferred.
- Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations and managing multiple complex matters.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology and commercial transactions across AI, SaaS, cloud, data and digital platforms.
- Negotiate GenAI and Agentic AI agreements, including model licensing and AI‑as‑a‑service arrangements.
- Advise senior leadership on AI adoption, governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and third‑party risk management.
- Provide pragmatic, business-focused counsel balancing innovation with regulatory and enterprise risk.
- Collaborate with the Law Department and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Drive Law Department innovation through AI-enabled tools and process improvements.
