Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 10+ years in law firms or in-house legal departments supporting business operations.
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing, technology).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including SaaS and licensing.
• Advise and counsel on employment matters and People/HR related issues.
• Develop scalable legal processes, playbooks, templates, and policies; leverage AI-enabled tools.
