Job summary

Rithum seeks an Associate General Counsel, Americas, to lead commercial transactions, employment matters, governance, data privacy, and AI governance across the Americas. You will advise leaders, negotiate complex tech agreements, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Qualified candidates will have JD, bar admission, 10+ years’ experience, and a strong background in SaaS contracts and

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial contracts including SaaS, licensing, and technology agreements.
Experience advising on employment law matters and supporting People/HR organizations.

Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including SaaS, technology and licensing agreements.
Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance that supports commercial objectives while protecting the company’s interests.
Partner with Sales and business leaders to facilitate deal execution and support revenue growth.
