Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within our Deal Advisory practice to support transaction advisory, financial and commercial due diligence, and accounting advisory services.

You will participate in buy-side and sell-side deals for Fortune 1000 clients and private equity firms, analyze financial data with senior executives, and create tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, debt considerations,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services at a top public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA-eligible; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
