Requires 3+ years in accounting/advisory, a Accounting degree (CPA preferred), strong US GAAP/SEC knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in accounting, advisory, or transaction services within a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC financial reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
