Job summary

val's services is seeking a Manager in Financial Due Diligence in Los Angeles to lead transaction advisory engagements for Fortune 1000 companies, mid-market firms, and private equity investors.

You will manage buy-side and sell-side projects, coordinate with clients and third parties, and analyze target data to identify trends, earnings quality, liabilities, and risks that influence valuation and negotiations. This role emphasizes reporting rigor and client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including four years in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA-eligible; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in US GAAP, SEC financial reporting, IFRS, mergers & acquisitions, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
