Qualifications

• Minimum of five years relevant experience, including four in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or CPA-eligible; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, organizing, and leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
