Job summary

LS Solutions in Boston seeks a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence to support buy-side and sell-side advisory, including financial and commercial due diligence, IPO assistance, carve-outs, and restructuring.

You will analyze target company data, prepare tailored reports, and engage with senior client executives to provide insights and recommendations, with growth opportunities in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services at a top public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA-eligible; CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
