RoShay Services in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within our Deal Advisory practice to support buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements for private equity firms and corporations.

You will lead financial due diligence, advisory, IPO support, carve-outs, and restructuring, interact with senior client and target executives, and develop tailored reports addressing earnings normalization, working capital, debt considerations, and financial statements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA-eligible; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services at a top public accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, or M&A/transaction services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
