Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side team seeks a Senior Associate to join our dynamic group. You will analyze financial data, identify key trends, and collaborate with management to frame findings in a clear, concise manner.

You’ll contribute to due diligence reports and help drive value across complex transactions. You will work with some of the world’s largest organizations and private equity firms, applying AI-powered tools and a rigorous, data-driven approach to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with about 18 months of related work experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Transaction experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence project work and analyze financial data to identify key trends behind performance.
• Discuss results and forecast assumptions with management and help write reports with findings and recommendations.
