Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side team seeks a Senior Associate to analyze financial data and drive diligence across complex transactions. You’ll work with global clients and private equity firms, contributing to value creation and risk assessment.

You’ll collaborate with management, prepare reports, and guide junior staff while supporting deal execution and post-closing activities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options apply across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with about 18 months of related work experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Transaction experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong prioritization, adaptability, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and commute to the office location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence project work and analyze financial data.
• Discuss performance and forecast assumptions with management and management staff.
• Write reports outlining findings and recommendations on key financial and business issues.
• Develop staff and support career development within the team.
