Job summary

EY-Parthenon – Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side is seeking a Director to lead financial due diligence work for major deals. You will analyze financial data, identify value drivers, discuss forecast assumptions with senior management, and help prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

You’ll mentor staff and work across deal teams in a hybrid environment, collaborating with clients and internal specialists to drive quality and value in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Significant public accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills; ability to handle complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute financial due diligence projects for deals.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends affecting transaction value.
• Draft reports with findings and recommendations; mentor staff.
