EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side team in New York is hiring a Senior Associate. You’ll work with large global clients and private equity firms on complex diligence projects, analyzing financial data and shaping deal recommendations.

You will partner with management, write clear reports, and help develop junior staff. Strong accounting, analytical skills, and travel flexibility are required to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance plus 2 years' experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Transaction experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Prioritize and adapt quickly; strong negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial due diligence project work.
