EY-Parthenon’s deals team seeks a Senior Associate to work on financial diligence for buy-side transactions with some of the world’s largest organizations and private equity firms. You’ll analyze financial data, discuss forecasts with management, and help craft reports that highlight value drivers and risks.

In a team environment, you’ll also mentor junior staff and contribute to post-closing work. The role supports a flexible, hybrid setup with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Transaction experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position. Travel may be required beyond your work location.
