Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side partners with CEOs, boards and private equity to execute rigorous financial due diligence on complex transactions.

As a Senior Associate you will analyze financial data, identify key trends, discuss assumptions with management, and contribute to reports and recommendations across deals.

You’ll work with diverse teams in a hybrid model, travel as needed, and help develop junior staff while delivering valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years work experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Transaction experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and identify key trends behind performance.
• Discuss forecast assumptions with management and draft reports.
• Help develop staff and mentor junior team members.
• Support due diligence lifecycle and advise on findings.
