BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with at least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits to advise public companies on related matters, including disclosures, governance, and tax considerations.

The role involves drafting and negotiating executive employment and severance agreements, designing incentive plans, and advising on employee benefits during M&A and private equity transactions. JD and bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Advise public companies on executive compensation matters and related disclosures
• Counsel on employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
• Draft and advise on executive employment, retention, and severance agreements
• Design and advise on equity and non-equity incentive compensation plans
• Advise on tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans
• Provide strategic guidance on compliance
• Manage client relationships and handle sophisticated matters
• Collaborate with Corporate Practice on transactional matters
