Qualifications

• 2-4 years at a peer law firm
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• State Bar membership in the relevant office location

Responsibilities

• Advise on compensation and benefits matters for corporate transactions.
• Provide day-to-day counseling to growth-stage technology and life sciences companies.
• Assist with qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans.
