The role demands coordinating requirements, testing, and documentation, while guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and university standards. A strong background in higher education IT and financial aid systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in higher education with 1+ year in financial aid or IT support for financial aid.
• Experience with a financial aid ERP module and Banner integration testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management for technology integrations within Financial Aid.
• Collaborate with IT and Financial Aid teams to define requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, and data workflows for Banner and Argos.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and university policies.
