Job summary

NEOMED's College of Pharmacy seeks a Project Manager to oversee communications, planning, implementation, review, assessment, and promotion of department-wide projects. The role interfaces across university units and external partners to drive program objectives.

The position requires collaboration with the Office of the Dean, budgeting support, and data reporting, with an emphasis on program impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of related work experience in project support with responsibilities for project management, communications, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor projects within the College of Pharmacy and Office of the Dean.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Develop and manage project communications, status reports, and data analyses.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning for programs and projects.
• Support accreditation and strategic planning initiatives.
