Job summary

NEOMED is seeking an Affiliation Programs and Communications Coordinator to support administrative tasks, communications, and events across the affiliation portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening coordination, visibility, and engagement for research and innovation initiatives involving NEOMED faculty and affiliated hospital partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field.
• Experience in administrative coordination, communications, marketing, event planning, or research support.
• Strong written, editing, verbal communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for research objectives, scheduling, and meetings.
• Coordinate materials, documents, and deliverables with leads and project managers.
• Develop content for websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Plan and coordinate research-focused events and outreach.
• Track communications activity and generate basic reports.
