Job summary

NEOMED’s Office of Admissions and Financial Aid seeks an Associate Director, Technology Integrations to lead IT-enabled integrations for external third-party systems and internal Student Information System work. You will manage implementation, testing, and documentation, working with Banner, E-visions Argos, and Education Department portals.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in higher education, and ERP experience in financial aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ≥3 years in higher education, including ≥1 year in financial aid or IT support for aid.
• Experience with a financial aid module in a higher education ERP.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Project management and collaboration with IT to design and implement technology solutions for Financial Aid.
• Strategic leadership and alignment with unit goals; training of counseling staff.
• Oversee process management and document data workflows and system changes.
• Validate financial aid timelines with Banner functionality and academic calendars; collaborate with registrar and billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
