Barnard College is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Individual Giving to drive annual revenue and alumnae participation. You will manage a portfolio of donors and lead volunteer efforts for class years and reunion groups, coordinating with major annual giving fundraisers and the AABC Annual Giving Committee.

You will help plan annual giving strategies and cultivation events, collaborating with the Barnard Advancement team and reporting to the Senior Director of Individual Giving.

Competenze

• 5–7 years progressive fundraising experience in higher education or non-profit.
• Experience working with alumnae volunteers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Mansioni

• Manage a donor portfolio of ~150 donors and prospects.
• Lead Giving Day and coordinate with Columbia University teams.
• Help set portfolio and class goals to meet fundraising targets.
• Recruit, train and support alumnae fundraising volunteers.
• Develop and implement fundraising programs and alumnae committees.
• Collaborate with Advancement teams including Alumnae Relations, Communications and Special Events.
