Barnard College seeks an Associate Director, Individual Giving to drive annual revenue and alumnae participation. You will manage a donor portfolio, lead volunteer efforts for class years and reunion groups, and help shape annual giving strategies and cultivation events.

You will report to the Senior Director of Individual Giving as part of the Barnard Advancement team, and collaborate with cross-departmental partners to meet dollar and participation targets and strengthen donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Experience engaging alumni and volunteers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Actively manage a donor portfolio and develop solicitation strategies.
• Set portfolio and class goals to meet fundraising targets.
• Serve as liaison for alumnae volunteers and train volunteers.
• Coordinate Annual Fund Leadership Giving Society events and communications.
• Collaborate with Advancement, Alumnae Relations, Communications and Events teams.
