Job summary

Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations seeks an Associate Director to build corporate partnerships that advance the Children’s Center’s mission. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience, with one year in a professional capacity.
• Ability to align donor prospects with school priorities and develop funding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create partner-specific fundraising strategies to enhance donor experience and revenue.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of annual and major gifts.
• Prepare proposals and gift agreements articulating Johns Hopkins' needs and aims.
• Track fundraising activity and progress toward work plans in the CRM.
• Plan and execute donor visits and stewardship actions throughout the year.
