Job summary

Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations seeks an Associate Director of Strategic Project Management to coordinate high-level stewardship and engagement for transformative donors. The role partners with senior leaders across the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, the School of Medicine, and OSI to craft updates and celebrate donor impact.

Responsibilities include designing stewardship deliverables, managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging CRM data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years related experience, with at least two years of professional experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DOFF leaders to manage donor recognition programs and volunteer experiences.
• Develop, design, and produce high-quality stewardship deliverables.
• Write and design personalized donor impact reports and other stewardship pieces.
• Utilize CRM platforms to update records, pull reports, and interpret dashboards.
• Lead and participate in institutional working groups and trainings as needed.
• Oversee and coordinate university-wide volunteer events and board activities.
