Job summary

EY-Parthenon is hiring a Senior Associate-Consultant to support operational projects across multiple sectors within the Deal Technology practice. You will assist with pre-deal and post-deal initiatives, bringing a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills to client engagements.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2 years of related experience (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel. EY offers a hybrid work model with a comprehensive benefits package in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in management consulting and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights; quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges quickly.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; develop long-lasting relationships.
• Expertise in multiple IT skill areas listed in the ad.
