Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sr Associate, Consumer Products to grow UCANZ licensing across an assigned licensee portfolio including Apparel. You will manage relationships, oversee end-to-end licensing from opportunity to launch, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver licensed products aligned with brand standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Business degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3+ years' experience in consumer products, licensing, Apparel, retail or similar.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners, licensees or key customers.
• Understanding end-to-end licensing lifecycle, including partner management and product development.
• Strong commercial acumen to analyze sales, royalties and market data.

Responsibilities

• Execute licensing plans across an assigned portfolio of licensees.
• Identify opportunities and whitespace, provide recommendations to the Manager.
• Support onboarding of new licensing partners.
• Manage end-to-end licensing lifecycle from opportunity to launch and ongoing management.
• Coordinate product development to meet brand standards and commercial goals.
• Assist with contract administration and licensing documentation.
• Monitor forecasts and provide quarterly updates and risks.
• Onboard and integrate new licensees and expand partnerships.
• Develop retail programs with licensees and cross-functional teams.
