The Sr Associate, Consumer Products will support the growth of Mattel's Consumer Products business across UCANZ by managing an assigned portfolio of licensees and executing licensing plans. Working closely with internal and external partners, this role contributes to commercial growth by managing licensee relationships, supporting the end-to-end licensing lifecycle, and ensuring licensed products are delivered in line with Mattel's brand standards and business objectives. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned licensee partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, coordinating product development and retail execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful licensed consumer products.
