Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a Senior Associate/Consultant to lead strategy development, support complex transactions and drive turn-arounds for high-profile clients. You will work with EY-Parthenon teams to unlock value by refining go-to-market models, commercial operations, and pricing, delivering tangible improvements for diverse sectors.

You will travel as needed, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to multi-disciplinary engagements across client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with relevant experience.
• MBA is preferred and management consulting experience is valued.
• Strong analytical abilities and client-facing project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to realize improved client returns through value creation.
• Optimize commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing) with minimal customer disruption.
• Quantify and realize sustainable value through revenue and margin improvements.
