Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking Senior Associates/Consultants to tackle complex strategic issues for clients across sectors. You’ll lead work plans, design analyses and synthesize conclusions while mentoring junior team members.

The role involves growth strategy development, due diligence, market assessments and the opportunity to travel and collaborate with senior leaders. Strong academics and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance or a graduate degree with related work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or quantitative research.
• Strong ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors, and customer risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues and own work plans.
• Design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions, and manage other case team members.
