Captona, a leading North America-focused investment firm, is seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Raising in New York. You will drive capital-raising efforts by building relationships with institutional investors, conducting meetings, and securing capital commitments.

The role involves booking and advancing meetings with LPs and key consultants, preparing compelling emails and pitch decks, and representing Captona at industry events to grow visibility. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in capital raising and/or fund placement for infrastructure, energy transition, real assets, or similar strategies.
• Proven success raising equity from institutional investors (e.g. sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build relationships, manage marketing, and close deals.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
