We are seeking an experienced Capital Raiser to support investor outreach, relationship development, and capital-raising initiatives across private-market investment opportunities, with a primary focus on the retail accredited investor market.

This is an investor-facing role for someone who understands how to develop relationships with individual investors, communicate private-market investment opportunities effectively, and manage prospective investors from initial conversation through the investment decision process.

Compensation

We offer an extremely competitive, high-commission compensation structure designed to reward strong performance.

Successful capital raisers working with us typically earn $30,000–$50,000+ per month, while our top performers earn well in excess of $100,000 per month.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with significant earning potential for experienced capital raisers who know how to develop relationships, maintain an active investor pipeline, and consistently raise capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing retail accredited investors
• Conduct proactive investor outreach and develop new investor relationships
• Present private-market investment opportunities clearly and professionally
• Conduct discovery calls to understand investor objectives, interests, and investment criteria
• Manage consistent follow-up and long-term investor communication
• Respond to investor questions and facilitate conversations throughout the investment process
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective investors and activity within the CRM
• Work closely with leadership and internal teams throughout the capital-raising process

Ideal Candidate

Strong candidates will have professional experience in capital raising, investor relations, private markets, real estate investments, alternative investments, financial services, or a closely related investor-facing environment.

Experience working directly with individual accredited investors and retail private-market investors is particularly valuable.
