Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7, 66 and Life and Health licenses.
• Experience in New Business Development and prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity management.
• Experience with Business Planning and strategic growth initiatives.
• Proven sales skills, including consultative selling and presentations.
• Account management experience with high-touch client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior professionals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment across in-office and remote settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; financial or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline.
