Job summary

CHOPT is hiring a Senior Assistant Manager in the United States for our Lower Merion Township location. Base compensation is $20.00-$23.50 per hour, with 45 hours per week and potential overtime based on business needs.

The role supports the General Manager in leading a positive, inclusive team and delivering exceptional service. Qualified candidates bring restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, strong communication, and comfort with computer/tablet tools.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.
